Tatiana Martel Ramirez is a Systems Analyst at Records on Time with more than 11 years of professional experience spanning business operations, customer service, commercial analysis, training, and process improvement. Her diverse background has given her a unique ability to connect people, processes, and data to help organizations operate more effectively and efficiently.
Tatiana’s career has taken her through several industries, including hospitality, customer experience, commercial operations, and business analytics. After joining Records on Time as a Record Retriever in 2023, she quickly developed an interest in improving not only day-to-day operations, but also the systems, reporting, and processes that support the entire organization. Her curiosity and analytical mindset led her into a cross-functional role where she now partners with teams across Customer Success, Development, Finance, Sales, Operations, and Leadership.
An Industrial Engineering graduate from Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, Tatiana also holds a diploma in Gastronomy and Restaurant Management from Le Cordon Bleu Paris. Her expertise includes systems analysis, business analytics, financial reporting, billing operations, quality assurance, operational auditing, and process improvement. She is most proud of helping the company evolve through stronger processes, improved reporting, and better operational visibility across departments.

Whether she is validating a system enhancement, analyzing financial data, collaborating with Development, or solving operational challenges, she is motivated by finding practical solutions that benefit both the team and the clients. She helps clients succeed by ensuring billing accuracy, supporting operational excellence, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement before they become larger issues.
Outside of work, Tatiana enjoys traveling, fitness, technology, real estate investing, personal finance, and discovering new coffee shops and restaurants. She also enjoys keeping up with market trends and spending time with her cat, Cali. As someone who naturally notices when numbers don’t quite add up, it’s no surprise that she found a career where attention to detail is one of her greatest strengths.
