Records On Time Launches MyCase Integration to Simplify Medical Record Retrieval for Law Firms

Records On Time is proud to announce a new integration with MyCase, the popular legal practice management platform. Law firms that use MyCase can now request medical records and receive them without leaving the system their teams already work in.

The integration connects Records On Time’s HIPAA-compliant medical record retrieval service directly to the firm’s MyCase system. Requests go out faster and records are delivered securely to the right case file in as little as one day with electronic health records (EHR). Staff spend less time tracking down records, switching between systems, or uploading documents by hand.

“Law firms shouldn’t have to work around their tools to get the records they need,” said Rob Levine, Founder of Records On Time. “Bringing our retrieval service into MyCase lets legal teams request, track and review medical records in one place, so they can spend more time moving cases forward.”

What the integration offers MyCase users:

  • Medical records delivered directly into the right MyCase case file
  • Optical Character Recognition (OCR) documents that are fully searchable on arrival
  • Secure, HIPAA-compliant handling from request to delivery
  • Average turnaround of one day through 400,000+ EHR connected providers or as quickly as 1 to 21 days for traditional retrieval.
  • Less manual data entry and fewer steps for staff

With the integration in place, MyCase users get a simpler way to manage medical records while keeping security and compliance at the forefront.
