Maria Gaitán is the Senior Manager of Operations at Records on Time, bringing over five years of leadership experience in operations, team development, and process improvement. Since joining the company three years ago, she has grown from Team Leader to Senior Manager, demonstrating a strong commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Maria oversees Team Leaders, Senior Record Retrievers, Medical Record Verifiers, and the Quality department. She played a key role in building the Senior Record Retriever department alongside the Chief Operating Officer, led her teams through the company’s pilot implementation of the NOVA system, and has contributed to multiple automation and process improvement initiatives that have strengthened operational efficiency and service quality.
Known for her innovative mindset, accountability, and collaborative leadership style, Maria enjoys finding new ways to improve processes and empower others to succeed. She completed a year-long leadership development program and holds an administrative studies certificate, further strengthening her passion for developing future leaders and building high-performing teams. She believes the most effective leaders lead by example and create an environment where continuous learning, trust, and teamwork drive lasting success.
