Priscilla Sanchez Castrodad is the Onboarding Manager at Records on Time, bringing more than 15 years of experience in customer service, employee development, training, compliance, and psychology. Driven by a passion for helping people succeed, she combines professional expertise with a people-centered approach that allows her to build meaningful connections with both clients and colleagues.
Priscilla’s career began at Banco Popular of Puerto Rico, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service and communication before transitioning into Learning & Development and Human Resources. She later continued her work in training and compliance with Horne Puerto Rico, designing and delivering programs that supported employee growth and organizational success. Alongside her corporate experience, she has dedicated much of her professional life to supporting individuals and communities through her work as a psychologist, providing counseling, guidance, and development programs that foster resilience and personal growth.
She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, a PhD in Psychology with a specialization in Teaching, Consulting, and Research, and is a Licensed Psychologist. She also holds Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Train-the-Trainer certifications. Priscilla is especially proud of earning her doctorate and professional license, as well as the opportunity to positively impact the development and success of others throughout her career.
At Records on Time, Priscilla enjoys connecting with people and helping clients navigate the onboarding process with confidence. Through active listening, clear communication, and a commitment to finding solutions, she works to ensure every client feels supported and set up for success. She believes what makes Records on Time unique is its commitment to growth and its willingness to continuously invest in better ways to serve people.
Outside of work, Priscilla enjoys traveling, exploring real estate opportunities, and watching romantic comedies. She loves spending time with her husband Eduardo, her children Emmanuel and Leia Camila, and her beloved dog Watson. A fun fact about Priscilla: she can remember the lyrics to an impressive number of songs, a talent she admits isn’t particularly useful, but certainly entertaining. multiple countries across Latin America, he has developed an appreciation for different cultures and perspectives. He is also very family-oriented and enjoys working from home alongside his loyal Shih Tzu mix, Greg, who is never far from the action.
