As part of an overall shift, Rob Levine Legal Solutions is officially renaming our medical record retrieval service as Records On Time. This name more accurately reflects our more focused approach to fast, reliable medical record retrieval services nationwide.
We’ve had a broader range of services in the past, including staffing solutions. However, we are now narrowing our service offerings to specialize exclusively in what we do best: delivering medical records quickly, accurately, and fully integrated into your workflow.
What Does This Mean for You?
The name has changed, but everything else remains the same. You’ll continue to work with the same team, and the same customer service representative you’ve always had. The pricing won’t change. Our streamlined process remains the same as well.
We’ve built a reputation for speed and reliability, and this sharpened focus allows us to continue delivering on that promise.
Operating nationwide, our medical record retrieval services for personal injury law firms have a strong emphasis on efficiency and integration, and that won’t change. We will continue to deliver electronic health records in as little as one day and traditional records in an average of 23 days. We’ll continue to pull requests straight from your CMS, and return fully organized, OCR-processed records back into the same system, ready for you to use.
Is There Anything You Need to Do?
As we said, the only thing changing is our name. This means there will be new website and email domains to reflect the new name. However, you do not need to do anything. This change will be seamless and nothing at all will change on your end.
Why Is This Name Familiar?
Newer clients may not recognize the name Records On Time, but long-standing clients may think it looks familiar. That’s because Records On Time was the original name for our medical record retrieval services. As we expanded our offerings, the name changed to Rob Levine Legal Solutions. Now that we’ve returned to our record retrieval roots, we’ve also reinstated the previous name that is more aligned with our goal of continuing to provide speedy, reliable, organized medical records.
Questions or Concerns?
We want to reiterate again that the only change is our name. But we understand that may raise other questions or concerns that aren’t addressed here. Feel free to reach out to your customer service representative with any questions if you’re an existing client. If you’re exploring your options for medical record retrieval services for personal injury law firms, contact us and we’ll be happy to address any questions or concerns you have, provide a demo, or begin setting you up as a client.
